Delete your SiteCost account

How to request deletion

1. Open the SiteCost app and sign in with your account.
2. Go to this page (Delete my account) — it is linked at the bottom of the home screen and in our privacy policy.
3. Tick the confirmation box and tap “Request account deletion”.
4. If you cannot sign in, email support@sitecostapp.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (name, email address, cell number, password).
• Your business details (business name, address, VAT number).
• Your banking details saved for your quotations.
• All estimates, quotations, clients and prices saved to your account.
• Estimates cached on your phone.

What is kept, and for how long

Subscription payment records (payment date, amount and reference) are kept for up to 5 years, as required by Namibian tax and accounting law. Nothing else is retained.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
